3. Pickup & Take & Bake Meals

Pickup Times

• Pickup times are scheduled during checkout or communicated directly by us.
• Customers are responsible for picking up their orders on time.

Freshness & Storage

• Our products are made fresh.
• Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and baking instructions once items have been picked up.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

• Orders that are canceled within 24 hours of pickup may be eligible for a refund.
• Custom cakes, special orders, and large-volume orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted in cases of:

• Incorrect items
• Quality issues
• Missing items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Items not picked up on time
• Customer error
• Improper storage or handling after pickup

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We do our best to list ingredients clearly; however:

• Our kitchen uses wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens.
• We cannot guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination.

Customers with severe allergies should use caution when ordering.
